探索者 The Discoverers

影片中展现的故事跨越空间和时间，把我们带至世界各地参与重大发现。站在艾萨克?牛顿爵士在英格兰的实验室，然后穿越到现在的夏威夷与路易斯赫尔曼博士一起观察他那些聪明的海豚。探索新世界的同时解决谜团，电影中的六位发现者充满学习的热情。正是这种发现的热情，他们求知的激情，激发了他们探索的灵感。

Inspired by Pulitzer Prize-winning author and historian Daniel J. Boorstin’s best-selling book, The Discoverers explores our desire to extend the boundaries of knowledge. The film portrays this human passion by juxtaposing historic discoveries with exciting scientific discoveries being made today.  Filmed in locations around the world—from Europe to the southern tip of South America to Alaska’s wilderness—The Discoverers reveals the passionate spirit of the explorers and scientists who challenge the unknown. The film was designed to entertain and educate audiences about the adventures of past and present discoverers, and more importantly, to inspire the pursuit of knowledge within each viewer. The Discoverers is a longer version of the film Eureka! La Pasion por Conocer, a short film produced for the 1992 Age of Discovery Universal Exposition in Seville, Spain.
